1) All horses being registered MUST have a sire & dam. If your horse is 'created', please also create a pedigree.
2) All horses being registered MUST be either a full Quarter Horse (QH x QH) or an Appendix Quarter Horse  (QH x TB). 
Appendix horses will have an appendix registry number untill an ROM is earned.
3) If a foal's sire or dam is an appendix (that has not earned an ROM yet and is not considered a full QH), the foal 
must be registered as an appendix, so please specify appendix parents.
4) No matter what, in dealing with an appendix, one parent MUST be a registered Quarter Horse. No appendix/appendix 
crosses are permitted/allowed in the RQHA.
5) Besides Appendix, no other crosses are accepted into this registry.
6) Under NO CONDITION is a paint permitted to register with the RQHA. If the horse has excessive white, as a paint, 
it will not be accepted.
7) Only coat colors recognized by the RQHA will be registered. (See the Color Chart, courtesy of the AQHA)
